What does gsm mean for a T-shirt?

Gsm means grams per square metre: the weight of the fabric over a fixed area. Within this collection, the 330 gsm Essential uses heavier fabric than the 250 gsm Kingdom STAR and QWLP tees. Fabric weight alone does not determine fit, softness or breathability.
